Pan-seared salmon with mushroom & wild rice and steamed broccoli. The salmon was rubbed with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, & garlic. It was the yummiest attempt yet!
I had a great New Year's Eve, Eve thursday night. I met up with some of the guys from the band Sucker Punch at their rehearsal space affectionately known as The Lounge.
